The project was launched on time and completed on schedule. Thanks to the personal account with a user-friendly interface, it was possible to track the status of survey completions based on various parameters, and moreover, detailed explanations and recommendations were provided for each indicator.

Questions about the platform

What methodology you use in your study?

Happy Job developed its own methodology. The methodology is based on the distinction between the concepts of "engagement" and "loyalty."

Employee engagement is the level of commitment, motivation, and emotional connection employees feel toward their work and their company’s goals.

Employee loyalty is an index reflecting his/her attitude toward the company, energy, and willingness to change.

We also use the Happy Index which measures the share of employees who are both engaged and loyal.

While we have our own approach, we can integrate data and adapt a survey from any other provider when migrating to the Happy Job online platform, ensuring you have all the dynamics on hand.

How non-office employees will obtain a survey if they do not have a corporate email?

Not having a corporate email address is not a problem. There are several ways to complete the survey without it such as to:

  • send a shared link to corporate chats;
  • organize a survey in computer classes;
  • send a link to a survey via SMS to smartphones;
  • print out a QR code with a link to a survey and hang it in your office;
  • organize a survey using a tablet (terminal mode);
  • send a link to a survey to employees’ personal emails.
How long will it take to prepare for a survey?

The timing will vary depending on the collection method, structural complexity and the number of staff members. Generally, it will take as follows:

  • up to 1,000 people - 1.5 weeks;
  • from 1,000 to 5,000 people – 2 weeks;
  • from 5,000 people - 3 weeks.

During this time, we:

  • prepare PR materials to notify employees about a survey (invitation letter texts and designs, SMS texts, posters with QR codes, etc.);
  • make edits to a questionnaire (if necessary);
  • check and upload the company structure to the system.
4. Can we see the dynamics based on the data of the previous survey?

If you conducted a survey with us, this will happen automatically.

If you are considering migrating to Happy Job from another provider's platform, our experts will analyze data compatibility and provide dynamics on similar issues and metrics.

Can we lower/ or increase an anonymity threshold?

Happy Job guarantees 100% anonymity of employee data who complete the survey on our platform. This is one of our priorities, because we are convinced that by answering anonymously, employees are not afraid to be honest, consequently, their answers reflect the real state of affairs in the company.

We value our reputation, so this rule is fundamental. In order to maintain anonymity, we hide respondent data and department results, if less than 5 people have completed the survey. Thus, the management will not be able to figure out who wrote what.

If you want to raise the anonymity threshold (to see results not from 5, but from 7 or 10 people), we can customize it for you.

Can we include our own questions in the survey?

Our methods and approach guarantee you the correctness of the results obtained since all formulations have proven their validity: our questions accurately describe the metrics being measured.

However, the flexibility of the platform allows you to add additional questions. For example, if you need to get employees' opinions on a recently introduced change.
